Man unintentionally shoots himself at gun range

71-year-old Wayne Harrison, of Greeley, Colorado was at the Galeton shooting range, practicing with his .357-caliber handgun. While attempting to put the gun into a shoulder holster he unintentionally discharged the weapon, shooting himself in the stomach.
Harrison was alert when deputies arrived on the scene. He was airlifted to the North Colorado Medical Center where he was listed in stable condition.
